Before I started to read your article, I lot of question comes in my mind like, how it can be related to me? How I am going to apply this someday? And why do I really need to study Project Management. Well here starts all my curiosity and eager to find out the answer. And after I read this article, it enlightens me. Here I should start then.
When we plan a project we come to study if It is feasible from resources, financial, expect manpower, any risk may arises and have a possible solution at once to settle it.
As the feasibility study come as good as it is expected, present to a financial institution approval, as they approve, signing of contracts any agreement done to both parties should be documented in time process of project comments and suggestion arises, it’s good to or consult from the experts, as well as based on experience in decision making to make business grow, failure is a lesson to take, diverting any resources as possible it could, more contingency plan can help.

Gud’eve Sir! My comment for that is to know how managed. We have different types of project from local government, national government, school project, business project, and other program. Mostly of the time when you are apart of leadership you know how to management from the nature inside of right & wrong but always put on mind it says” Do the right thing that can provide for good of organization/crew. To planning a project must be know the participating, set the date, always ready for necessary expense, and retain the members be strong, make a possible thing to do. And as leaders always think a positive because followers can participate or weak even they see a positive or negative true handle of being a leader. Sometimes hear your subordinates how to commit a success project management?. Set a plan for the comment,suggestion,recommendation,look for an area, the capabilities,equipment,labor,canvassing for equipment,quantity,unit.The capital make sure it doesn’t shortage. Be ready as a leader that gives a position of your members. The important things I have seen before if you are stress in work or entireness don’t forget to rest sometimes for your self. In a business look for the demanders thing to catch out your business cycle. Accept the successful or doubt business because it’s only natural in economic progress. Our only power to improve our self and the members having motivation, effort, and be responsible.

It’s good thing to know that there’s an existing article about project management that involves solving difficult problems, how to cope to these problems appropriately and most especially how to make right decisions as a solution to the problems that arises.

Project Management can be very useful to everyone especially to students since it improves performances and initiates changes. I think that it can also help each individual in encountering problems that will come in doing a project. In doing so, there are four phases or steps to do to have a successful project outcome: the project initiation, project planning, project execution, and project closure. First we need to identify the problem, then plan everything that is needed in doing the project, then do the process to finish the project, then the project is now ready for releasing. These are the steps I learned in doing a project.
